1. Payment
Currently, our website only supports bank transfers and PayPal payments.

• Shipping Method: We will ship your goods via air express. DHL, FedEx, and UPS are supported

• Shipping Process: Ship from our warehouse to Hong Kong or Guangzhou, and then the order will arrive at a logistics center near you and be delivered by local couriers. Among them, some hot products are stored in warehouses in the United States, and customers in the United States can enjoy faster delivery services. The logistics provider for delivery is determined based on the actual situation of the goods. • Shipping Costs: Some of our hot products are warehoused in the United States. For the United States, we provide free shipping. In other countries, freight is calculated based on the weight or size of the goods (if the size of the goods charges more than the weight, the courier will choose the former) and the delivery location.

3. After-sale Service

• Warranty: Normally, we provide a one-year warranty service, and free replacement parts within 6 months (note that this part is not damaged by humans).

PS: During the warranty time, the replacement parts are free, but the freight of the parts is not included, and the freight needs to be paid by the buyer

• Installation: To allow customers to use the instrument better, we provide product manuals and installation videos. If customers have questions during the installation process, they can contact our after-sales staff at any time

• Maintenance: For every customer of vemeidic, we will establish an after-sales group, which will have our sales, after-sales customer service, and professional engineers. When customers need questions, they can give feedback in the group. Our after-sales group Staff or engineers will answer your questions.

• Training: We provide instrument manuals, operating videos, and maintenance videos to help customers better understand the instrument and learn the operation of the instrument. Please rest assured that most of our instruments are easy to operate. If there is a problem, You can contact our after-sales staff

• Liability for breach of contract: The buyer shall be responsible for compensation for losses caused to the seller due to overdue payment, return of goods midway, refusal to accept goods, and other reasons.

If the seller causes actual losses to the buyer due to overdue delivery, the seller shall make corresponding compensation

4. Return & Refund

• We offer a 30-day return policy on most equipment
• Returns in new condition with original packaging and accessories are eligible to receive a refund.
• Returns must include the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
• Returns must be within 30 days of the original ship date.
• Customers who purchase equipment from vemeidic stores, company websites, or by mail can be eligible for returns.
• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price, less any shipping charges.
• Refunds are usually reflected on your card account within 7 business days of our receipt of your return. PS: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
