Q: What Is Your Return Policy?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you only need to return the product within 30 days of the original delivery date, and we will replace or refund the cost of the product (excluding shipping costs), and the instrument needs to be transported to us. After we receive the instrument, the product cost will be credited to your account.
After 30 days, the product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, so the manufacturer must resolve the product replacement issue. Please contact us for more information.
